Per Curiam: Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his post-judgment motion for reconsideration of the denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses no abuse of discretion and that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm. United States v. Lane, No. CR-92-88-N; No. CA-93-1159-2 (E.D. Va. Apr. 25, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
